INGREDIENTS FOR 2 SERVINGS:

• 230g (8oz) rapid Venere rice
• 160g (6oz) canned tuna
• 320g (11oz) canned kidney beans
• 300g (11oz) canned chopped tomato
• 1 chopped onion
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp ground cumin
• 1-2 tsp chilli powder to taste
• 1 tbsp sweet smoked paprika

PROCEDURE:

  1. Rub the pouch and heat it up for 2 minutes in the microwave.
  2. Empty the pouch and allow Venere rice to cool.
  3. Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the onion, and cook for8 minutes until softened. Tip in the spices and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Tip in the beans, tuna and tomatoes, bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes or until the chilli is thickened. Season and
