INGREDIENTS FOR 2 SERVINGS:

    • 90 g of rolled oats
    • 120 g of berries of your choice (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, currants)
    • 1 teaspoon of chestnut honey
    • 30 g of mixed oilseeds
    • 130 g of Scotti rice milk

    PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes

PROCEDURE:

  • Combine oats and milk, then stir
  • Put the saucepan on the fire and let it cook. After 4 minutes of cooking, add honey and stir.
  • Let it cook again until the desired consistency is obtained (adjust according to your tastes)
  • Remove from heat, place in 2 bowls and garnish with fruit and oilseeds.
