INGREDIENTS FOR 2 SERVINGS:

    • 200 ml of almond milk
    • 1 ripe mango
    • 3 ice cubes
    • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)

    PREPARATION TIME: 15 minutes



PROCEDURE:

  • Cut the mango into cubes, removing the peel.
  • Put the chopped mango, milk, ice and honey (optional) in the blender.
  • Blend everything until you get a homogeneous mixture and serve.
