L\u2019\u00e9goutter et le mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9. Nettoyer les carottes et les hacher. Ne peler pas l\u2019ail. Chauffer l\u2019huile dans une casserole, verser la viande et la r\u00f4tir pendant quelques minutes. Joindre l\u2019oignon tranch\u00e9, les carottes, l\u2019ail et les coings (ou pommes de terre) apr\u00e8s les avoir pel\u00e9s et coup\u00e9s en quatre. Couvrir la casserole et cuire environ 25 minutes ; retirer l\u2019ail et les coings (ou pommes de terre) de la casserole. Verser le riz dans la casserole et ajouter l\u2019eau chaude sal\u00e9e jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit couvert, puis couvrir \u00e0 nouveau la casserole et cuire encore 5 minutes. Il est important de ne pas remuer la pr\u00e9paration pendant la cuisson du riz. Entre-temps, faire bouillir les \u0153ufs dans une autre casserole. Lorsque le plat est cuit, ajouter les pommes de terre et le sel, si n\u00e9cessaire. Remuer d\u00e9licatement. Dans la plupart des plats, la viande n\u2019est pas pr\u00e9sente, mais il y a beaucoup de l\u00e9gumes. Comme c\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 le cas dans la cuisine des pays voisins, le Tadjikistan emploie surtout des moutons dans ses plats \u00e0 base de viande. Les aliments les plus populaires du pays <i>sont Palov (<\/i>ou Pilaf) et <i>Manty.<\/i> En 2016, <i>Oshi Palov <\/i>a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9clar\u00e9 patrimoine culturel immat\u00e9riel de l\u2019humanit\u00e9 par l\u2019UNESCO.
