Mettre le poulet dans un bol avec du poivre noir, du curry ou <i>du garam masala \u0327<\/i> du sel et 1 cuiller\u00e9e d\u2019huile. Remuer et laisser mariner pendant au moins deux heures. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Chauffer une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen-vif. Faire dorer le poulet marin\u00e9 de 8 \u00e0 10 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit cuit, en le retournant souvent, parce qu\u2019il ne br\u00fble pas. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><em><strong><span class=\"s1\">Proc\u00e9dure pour la pr\u00e9paration de la sauce Korma :\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Chauffer \u00e0 feu moyen 2 cuiller\u00e9es d\u2019huile de tournesol dans une po\u00eale. Lorsque l\u2019huile est chaude, ajouter les graines de cumin et les clous de girofle jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils cr\u00e9pitent. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Ajouter l\u2019ail et le gingembre et cuire pendant 30 secondes. Ajouter l\u2019oignon et cuire environ 10 minutes, en remuant continuellement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019oignon soit dor\u00e9 (si n\u00e9cessaire, ajouter un peu d\u2019eau chaude). <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Lorsque l\u2019oignon est cuit, ajouter le curcuma, le curry, <i>le garam masala, <\/i>la cannelle, la coriandre en poudre, le poivre noir, le piment en poudre, la cardamome et la muscade. Cuire \u00e0 feu doux pendant environ 1 minute. Faire attention de ne pas laisser les \u00e9pices br\u00fbler. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Attendre que le m\u00e9lange d\u2019\u00e9pices soit frais, puis le mettre dans un m\u00e9langeur pour le rendre plus mince. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Verser le m\u00e9lange dans la po\u00eale avec le poulet, ajouter le lait de coco et le yogourt et remuer pendant 2 minutes sur une flamme tr\u00e8s faible pour \u00e9viter que le yogourt ne soit endommag\u00e9. Augmenter le niveau de la flamme et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Ajouter le sucre de canne et les amandes hach\u00e9es. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Au besoin, ajouter du sel et cuire 5 minutes. Sa premi\u00e8re influence est due aux aliments consomm\u00e9s par les hindous et les bouddhistes du Cachemire. La cuisine a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 affect\u00e9e par les cultures arriv\u00e9es avec l\u2019invasion du Cachemire, de la r\u00e9gion de l\u2019actuel Ouzb\u00e9kistan.
