Escurrirlo y separarlo. Limpiar las zanahorias y trocearlas. No pelar los ajos. Calentar el aceite en una sart\u00e9n, verter la carne y asarla durante unos minutos. Unir la cebolla y las zanahorias en rodajas, los ajos y los membrillos (o patatas) despu\u00e9s de haberlos pelado y cortado en cuatro. Tapar la sart\u00e9n y cocinar durante unos 25 minutos; retirar los ajos y los membrillos (o patatas) de la sart\u00e9n. Verter el arroz en la sart\u00e9n y a\u00f1adir agua caliente con sal hasta cubrirlo, luego tapar de nuevo la sart\u00e9n y cocer otros 5 minutos. Es importante no remover la preparaci\u00f3n mientras se cocina el arroz. Mientras tanto, hervir los huevos en una otra olla. Cuando el plato est\u00e9 cocido, a\u00f1adir las patatas y la sal, si es necesario. Remover con cuidado.
