Poner el pollo en un bol con pimienta negra, curry o <i>garam masala<\/i>\u00b8 sal y 1 cucharada de aceite. Remover y dejar marinar durante al menos dos horas. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Calentar una sart\u00e9n a fuego medio-alto. Dorar el pollo marinado durante 8-10 minutos, hasta que est\u00e9 cocido, d\u00e1ndole la vuelta a menudo, para evitar que se queme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><em><strong><span class=\"s1\">Procedimiento para la preparaci\u00f3n de la salsa Korma:<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Calentar a fuego medio 2 cucharadas de aceite de girasol en una sart\u00e9n. Una vez que el aceite est\u00e9 caliente, a\u00f1adir las semillas de comino y los clavos hasta que crujan. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">A\u00f1adir el ajo y el jengibre y cocinar durante 30 segundos. A\u00f1adir la cebolla y cocinar durante unos 10 minutos, removiendo continuamente hasta que la cebolla est\u00e9 dorada (si es necesario, a\u00f1adir un poco de agua caliente). <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Una vez cocida la cebolla, a\u00f1adir la c\u00farcuma, el curry, el <i>garam masala<\/i>, la canela, el cilantro en polvo, la pimienta negra, el chili en polvo, el cardamomo y la nuez moscada. Cocinar a fuego lento durante aproximadamente 1 minuto. Prestar atenci\u00f3n para que no se quemen las especias. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Esperar a que la mezcla de especias se enfr\u00ede y pasarla por la batidora para que quede m\u00e1s fina. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Verter la mezcla en la sart\u00e9n con el pollo, a\u00f1adir la leche de coco y el yogur y remover durante 2 minutos a fuego muy bajo para evitar que el yogur se estropee. Aumentar el nivel del fuego y llevar a ebullici\u00f3n. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">A\u00f1adir el az\u00facar moreno y las almendras molidas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Si es necesario, a\u00f1adir sal y cocinar durante 5 minutos. La cocina de las regiones de Jammu, Cachemira y Ladakh ha evolucionado con el paso de los siglos. Su primera influencia se debe a la comida de los hind\u00faes y los budistas de Cachemira. La cocina se ha visto entonces afectada por las culturas llegadas con la invasi\u00f3n de Cachemira, desde la zona del actual Uzbekist\u00e1n.
