Cooking procedure:
Pour the contents of the envelope, and 600 ml of cold water in a saucepan.
Stir and bring to a boil. Bake for 15 min. without lid over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the water has been absorbed.
Whisk to taste with butter and Parmesan.

Ingredients:
Parboiled rice (83%), rice flour, tomatoes, natural flavouring, salt, olive oil, squids 0,7%, shrimps 0,7%, fish broth (shellfish and salt), clams 0,4%, powdered whole milk, onion, parsley 0,2%, garlic. It may contain traces of shellfish, eggs and soya.

Shelf life: 15 months.
