Riso Scotti has successfully leavened rice flower and shaped it into breadsticks through a difficult and articulated research project, utilizing innovative industrial technologies and an experienced use of ingredients.

The product keeps its organoleptic characteristics intact for a long time due to its packaging in a protected atmosphere; it satisfies even the most demanding tastes in flavor and consistency.
Ingredients: Rice starch 32%, rice flower 15%, corn starch, eggs, rice oil 7%, margarine (vegetable oil and fat, emulsifier – mono-e di-glycerids of fatty acids), rice germ 1.4%, potato starch, powdered skim milk, salt, yeast, thickening agent (guar-gum), Psillyum seeds fibers, corn dextrose, leavening agents (sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate).
Allergenics: this product may contain traces of egg and soy.
Shelf life: 12 months.
