Cooking procedure:
Pour the contents of the envelope, and 600 ml of cold water in a saucepan.
Stir and bring to a boil. Bake for 15 min. without lid over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the water has been absorbed.
Whisk to taste with butter and Parmesan.

Ingredients:
Parboiled rice(82%), rice flour, green olives 3,2%, tomatoes 3%, natural flavouring, olive oil, salt, peppers 1%, capers 0,7%, powdered whole milk, onion, basil 0,1%, garlic. It may contain traces of shellfish, eggs and soya.

Shelf life: 15 months.
