Riso Scotti proposal for those who don't have much time to dedicate to preparing food is the "Rapid" brand line: ready meals made up of white rice (of different varieties) in microwaveable doypacks.

Our pack for microwave is realized with a new and advanced technology, which can guarantee the absolute preservation of the product inside, keeping the product itself totally sterilized as it was in glass jars.

"Rapid Thai & Wild", Cook and serve with a drizzle of Scotti rice oil or as side dish for tempting exotic dishes such as Mexican chilli, Chinese chicken with almonds, grilled fish, kebabs or sushi.

Cooking procedure:
Microwave
Tear/cut top of pouch open about 2 cm. Place upright in microwave and cook on full power for two minutes.
Remove pouch from the microwave. Tip onto a plate and fluff up rice with a fork.
To stir fry
heat one spoon ol oil in a work or frying pan. Add contents of pack and fry over moderate to high for a couple of minutes, stirring frenquently.
Ensure rice il piping hot before serving.

Shelf life: 20 months.

Ingredients:
Cooked Thaibonnet rice and Wild rice (98%), Riso Scotti Rice Oil, salt. Stabiliser: distilled vegetable mono and di-glycerids of fatty acids, xantan gum.
