PastaRiso Attiva - Penne

Riso Scotti company presents the new Rice Pasta Attiva, Penne and Conchiglie. They contain beta-glucan, precious elements from barley fibre which help to reduce cholesterol.

They contain also rice germ, the part of the kernel lost during the traditional milling together with all its precious nutritional components. Riso Scotti company, thanks to a modern technology, recovers and makes it an ingredient for the new rice pasta for a tasty and innovative product.

Cooking procedure:
For each 250 gr. of pasta allow 3 litres of salted water.
Add a teaspoon of oil to the boiling water for about 6- 8 minutes.
When ready drain and season to your taste.
Cooking time 6-8 minutes.

Ingredients:
rice flour, barkley fiber with betaglucan (7%), rice germ (2%) emulsifier: mono and diglicerides of fat acids.

Shelf life: 24 months.
