They contain rice germ, the part of the kernel lost during the traditional milling together with all its precious nutritional components. Cooking procedure:
For each 250 gr. of pasta allow 3 litres of salted water.
Add a teaspoon of oil to the boiling water for about 6-8 minutes.
When ready drain and season to your taste.
Cooking time 6-8 minutes.

Rice flour, rice germ (2%), emulsifier: mono and diglicerides of fat acids

Shelf life: 24 months.
